Sandy Taylor is a Sawdust Fine Art Festival artist living in the art colony of Laguna Beach, CA.

Many of her pieces are painted plein air in Laguna Beach & nearby Newport Beach, as well as throughout the states and abroad, primarily France & England. She is known as a “colorful impressionist” by both critics & clients, who describe her work as happy, fresh, mystical & magical with a childlike vulnerability. Painting is truly her passion and the joy of creating is reflective in
